Salon Home Software AMC Enhancements

I need a dependable partner who can both keep my existing salon-at-home mobile app running smoothly year-round and drive the next wave of improvements. The engagement will cover two parallel tracks:

1. Annual Maintenance Contract
• Proactive monitoring, quick bug fixing, security patching and version updates
• Monthly health reports and a clear escalation path for any critical issues
• Store-listing support whenever OS or policy changes demand it

2. Product Enhancement Roadmap
• New features that extend booking, stylist management and payment capabilities
• A refreshed, more intuitive user interface that feels premium and effortless for clients and professionals alike
• Performance tuning to shorten load times, reduce crashes and optimise battery/data usage on both iOS and Android
• Enhancing booking module and reports generation

My current stack is mobile-first, so strength with native Android/iOS or a solid cross-platform framework (e.g. Flutter or React Native) is essential, along with back-end skills to wire new features cleanly into our existing APIs.

Acceptance criteria for each release will include:
• All agreed stories delivered to staging, passing UAT and regression tests
• No new critical bugs introduced
• App Store / Play Store compliance and successful submission where relevant
