I’m looking for a sales-minded consultant who can boost both the volume and the quality of my pipeline while tightening up the moment a prospect lands on our site through to the close.
The core of the engagement is two-fold:
• Lead generation – I want a repeatable system that taps social media, email marketing, and direct telephone outreach. Show me how to profile ideal prospects, craft attention-grabbing hooks, and move them smoothly into the funnel.
• Conversion rate optimization – once those leads arrive, I’ll rely on you to audit the current touchpoints, spot friction, and design experiments that lift the close rate.
Email will play a big role; for now I’m interested specifically in a high-value newsletter that keeps prospects warm without feeling promotional. If later we decide to add promotional blasts or automated sequences, your framework should allow for it, but the newsletter is the first deliverable.
What I need from you:
1. A concise lead-gen playbook outlining channel tactics, daily/weekly activity targets, and KPI benchmarks.
2. A conversion audit with prioritized fixes and an A/B testing roadmap.
3. Newsletter strategy: topic calendar, template, and the first two issues drafted.
4. Call scripts and follow-up email copy that knit telephone and digital outreach together.
5. Tracking architecture—recommend the right mix of CRM fields, social analytics, and email metrics so performance is crystal-clear.
I’ll handle design and technical setup; you bring the strategic brain, the messaging finesse, and the data-driven mindset to prove it all works. If you’ve launched similar multi-channel programs before, I’d love to see the numbers that back it up and hear how quickly we can get the first leads rolling in.
