Sales Development Representative (SDR)

At SkyPSI, I need a dependable lead qualification specialist who can jump on the phone, fire off a quick text, or craft an engaging email—whatever it takes to make a great first impression with our prospective clients. Your job is to hold genuine conversations, confirm interest, ask a few key qualifying questions, and either drop the prospect onto our sales calendar or note them as “not-yet-ready” in the CRM for future nurturing.

Success in this seat hinges on:

• Excellent communication skills that feel warm and natural, even with non-technical people
• Real sales experience that lets you guide a conversation toward a clear next step
• Comfort using phone, text, and email interchangeably throughout the day

You’ll be the first friendly voice our prospects hear, so professionalism and quick thinking are critical. Do well here and you’ll have a direct path to a full-time sales role with strong commissions.
