Complete MEP Design & Drafting

I have a ground-up project that needs fully developed MEP documents, starting from conceptual sizing all the way through coordinated 2 D construction drawings. The scope covers all three disciplines—Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing—so I’m looking for someone comfortable taking a blank sheet and turning it into a permit-ready package.

Mechanical (HVAC)
My priority on the mechanical side is a code-compliant ventilation and air-conditioning scheme. You’ll determine loads, select equipment, lay out ductwork, size diffusers, and annotate the plans so they are unambiguous to installers.

Electrical
The building also needs complete lighting design, power distribution, and a fire-alarm layout. That means panel schedules, single-line diagrams, fixture legends, circuiting, conduit routing, and all relevant notes.

Plumbing
Although no specialty fixtures are specified yet, I’ll need hot- and cold-water, sanitary, and vent risers sized, routed, and detailed. Coordination with the HVAC condensate lines is essential to avoid clashes.

Deliverables
– One coordinated CAD (.dwg) file per discipline, properly layered and referencing a shared architectural background
– PDF sheet set ready for plan-check submittal
– Supporting load calculations (HVAC, electrical demand, pipe sizing spreadsheets)
– An editable equipment schedule

I review drawings in AutoCAD and Bluebeam, so please keep layers tidy and name files logically. Local code references are available once we start, but I rely on you to flag anything that looks non-compliant.
