This is a fully remote opportunity for the role of Sales / Appointment Setter (Female).
Applications that include an introduction video will be prioritized.
Due to the fully remote nature of this position, candidates should be comfortable communicating through video calls.
ROLE TITLE
Sales / Appointment Setter (Female)
ROLE SUMMARY
You serve as the first point of contact between potential customers and the sales team. Your responsibility is not simply answering inquiries—it is ensuring every inbound lead is qualified correctly, responded to promptly, and moved efficiently through the sales pipeline.
Every interaction should move a prospect one step closer to becoming a customer.
On a daily basis, you will encounter:
high volumes of inbound inquiries
leads with varying levels of buying intent
incomplete customer information
scheduling conflicts
follow-up opportunities that require persistence
multiple communication channels requiring quick response
Your role is to prioritize qualified opportunities, maintain accurate lead records, and ensure no sales opportunity is lost due to poor follow-up or delayed communication.
This position requires initiative. Waiting for reminders before responding to leads or following up on prospects creates missed revenue opportunities.
Filtering Signal: This role is not suitable for individuals who require constant supervision, avoid voice conversations, or struggle with sales follow-up and customer engagement.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (REAL-WORLD EXECUTION)
1. Inbound Lead Management (Speed & Response)
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries received through landing pages, social media, email, and other marketing channels
Gather missing information to properly qualify each prospect
Ensure every lead receives timely communication
Identify high-intent opportunities and prioritize accordingly
2. Lead Qualification (Sales Pipeline Management)
Qualify leads based on budget, business profile, urgency, and buying intent
Categorize leads into Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 according to established qualification criteria
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative
Escalate hot prospects requiring immediate sales engagement
3. Appointment Setting (Sales Coordination)
Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings with qualified prospects
Coordinate calendars to maximize appointment availability
Confirm appointments and send reminders when necessary
Follow up with prospects who miss scheduled meetings
4. CRM & Lead Tracking (Pipeline Accuracy)
Maintain accurate lead records and sales pipeline stages
Update prospect information after every interaction
Ensure notes, tags, and follow-up dates remain current
Assist with future migration from spreadsheets into CRM platforms when required
5. Follow-up & Pipeline Ownership (No Lead Left Behind)
Execute timely follow-up activities with warm and inactive prospects
Re-engage leads that have stalled in the sales process
Monitor outstanding actions until appropriate resolution
Ensure opportunities are never lost because of delayed communication
6. Social Media Lead Support (Engagement & Conversion)
Publish approved marketing content across social media platforms
Monitor inbound messages and engagement
Respond appropriately to inquiries or endorse qualified prospects to the sales process
Track social-generated leads for reporting purposes
7. Reporting & Sales Administration (Visibility)
Maintain accurate lead trackers and activity reports
Report appointment numbers, lead sources, and qualification outcomes
Identify recurring issues affecting lead conversion
Maintain organized documentation supporting sales activities
REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)
Previous experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, or Lead Qualification
Female candidates only
Fluent verbal and written communication in English
Comfortable handling voice-based sales conversations
Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills
Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead pipelines, and sales processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to manage multiple conversations while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
