SailPoint, Okta & Claude Coaching

I’m looking for one-on-one, senior-level coaching that dives straight into production-grade scenarios across three pillars:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ & ISC – with an emphasis on deployment strategies and, above all, integrating these platforms cleanly with downstream and upstream systems.
• Okta – advanced configuration patterns, custom hooks, and how to align them with SailPoint for a seamless access-management flow.
• Claude – using the LLM to script or orchestrate automation around both SailPoint and Okta, from policy generation to test harnesses.

Because I already work as an IAM engineer, I don’t need fundamentals or classroom slides. I want to walk through the exact challenges you have already shipped: tricky connector builds, upgrade paths without downtime, policy conflicts, cross-platform provisioning logic, and anything else you’ve solved in the wild.

Session format
• Live, one-on-one screen-share (remote).
• Flexible scheduling; evenings or weekends are fine.
• Each meeting should end with actionable homework or code snippets I can immediately apply.

Deliverables
1. A customised session plan outlining topics, order, and estimated hours.
2. Recorded sessions or detailed notes/code samples for later reference.
3. Quick-response support between sessions (Slack, Teams, or similar) for blockers that arise mid-implementation.
