I’m creating a concise health & safety video that runs under three minutes. An AI-generated, live-action look is perfect, and I’ll feed in a few real clips so the final cut still feels authentically “us.” The narrative needs to stay people-focused—reminding every team member they work safely for the sake of their families, pets, sports, and passions outside the job.

You’ll weave the supplied assets into the AI footage, handle the edit, and deliver:

• Personalisation elements
– Company logo & colour palette
– Employee photos or avatars (or an AI avatar built from them)
– Short B-roll of our actual site or environment

• Health & safety master video
– ≤ 3 minutes, 1080p or higher, ready-to-share MP4
– Clear voice-over or on-screen captions covering the key safety points
– Smooth transitions between AI and real footage, fully branded throughout
– Editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci) for future tweaks

Once that first piece lands, I’d like the core files set up so a follow-up company induction video—no longer than two minutes—can be produced quickly using many of the same visuals and messages.
