SaaS trainer in USA Hybrid Job

I need an experienced SaaS trainer who feels comfortable working directly with police departments and sheriff’s offices. The goal is simple: give officers the confidence to use our cloud-based E-Citation platform through practical, hands-on instruction.

You will schedule and deliver live sessions (virtual or on-site, depending on the agency), walk officers through real citation scenarios, and stay available afterward to field technical questions as they arise on shift. Because many trainees learn best by doing, each module should revolve around keyboard-and-screen time rather than slide decks.

Key deliverables:
• Interactive training sessions that let every officer create, edit, and submit citations in a test environment
• Quick-reference guides and short video snippets officers can replay in patrol cars
• A running FAQ or knowledge-base article where you log common technical questions and clear answers

I will provide full access to a demo tenant plus sample data so you can build realistic exercises. Familiarity with law-enforcement workflows, CJIS considerations, and remote-support tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, or GoTo) is highly desirable.
