**Title: Professionally Refine an Existing Canva Poster**

I have an existing poster created in Canva that explains our candidate recruitment and onboarding process. The poster is attached to this project.

The overall design, colours, branding and visual style should be preserved. I am not looking for a completely new design. The objective is to professionally refine the existing poster so that it looks clean, modern and polished.

**Required improvements:**

* Keep the current design concept and Match Zorgpartners branding.
* Make all text clear, sharp and easy to read.
* Correct the alignment, spacing and positioning of all elements.
* Ensure the process flow, numbering, arrows and connecting lines are logical and visually correct.
* Make sure no text overlaps, is cut off or is placed incorrectly.
* Improve the visual balance and consistency throughout the poster.
* Check that headings, text blocks, icons and process steps have consistent sizing and spacing.
* Keep all Dutch text exactly as provided. Do not rewrite or translate the content without approval.
* Prepare the design for high-quality printing in **A1 format**.
* The final result must also remain readable when viewed digitally.

**Important:**

This is mainly a professional layout and design correction. The existing Canva design should remain clearly recognisable. Please do not replace it with a generic template or create a completely different style.

**Final deliverables:**

* Editable Canva file or Canva template link
* Print-ready A1 PDF in high resolution
* PDF with embedded fonts
* High-resolution PNG
* Correct bleed and margins for professional printing

Please only apply if you have experience with Canva, large-format posters, flowcharts and print-ready layouts. Include examples of similar work in your proposal.
