Trainer SaaS helps fitness trainers manage their clients, sessions, leads, payments, notes, and day-to-day client activities from one place instead of managing everything through WhatsApp, Excel, and manual tracking.

### What We Need

We are looking for someone who can create and execute a practical digital marketing strategy to generate **relevant traffic, leads, free-trial signups, and paying customers**.

The freelancer will be responsible for areas such as:

1. **Social Media Marketing**

* Instagram and Facebook marketing
* Content ideas and posting strategy
* Reels/short-form video ideas
* Educational and promotional content for fitness trainers

2. **Lead Generation**

* Identify and reach potential personal trainers and fitness coaches
* Develop strategies to generate qualified leads
* Explore organic and paid lead-generation channels

3. **SEO & Content Marketing**

* Keyword research related to personal trainer software, fitness CRM, trainer management software, etc.
* On-page SEO recommendations
* Blog/content ideas
* Improve Google search visibility

4. **Paid Advertising**

* Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
* Campaign setup and optimization
* Audience targeting
* Ad creatives/copy recommendations
* Track cost per lead and conversions

5. **Competitor Research**

* Research similar fitness CRM/trainer software products
* Identify their marketing strategies
* Find opportunities for Trainer SaaS to differentiate itself

6. **Analytics & Reporting**

* Track website visitors, leads, signups, and conversions
* Provide a simple weekly/monthly report
