SaaS Asset Transfer on GitHub

I need to transfer ownership of my SaaS software platform assets from my developer in India to my company, while allowing him to make necessary changes and continue building out the software.

Requirements:
- Transfer of the following assets:
- Source code
- Design files
- Database
- Use of GitHub as the shared repository for the transfer

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in GitHub
- Experience with SaaS asset management
