Chaukhamba Homestay needs a dynamic, mobile-first website that feels rustic and homey while still loading lightning-fast. The core structure is straightforward: a welcoming home page that flows into individual room pages (Single Room, Double Room, Family Suite), a photo gallery that captures the mountain vibe, an “About Us” story section, and a combined Contact & Location page with Google Maps embedded.
I need a custom Direct Booking Website & Management System for my homestay (Chaukhamba Homestay, Uttarakhand).

My goal is to shift guests away from high-commission OTAs (like Airbnb/Booking.com) to my own platform with seamless direct bookings, dynamic pricing, and an independent owner dashboard. The system must be scalable so I can add more homestays/properties under the same portal in the future.

Booking & customer management panel (track check-ins, check-outs, revenue, customer database, and booking statuses).
Speed, Tech Stack & SEO:

Clean, ultra-fast tech stack (React/Next.js, Node.js/Laravel, or lightweight scalable CMS). No slow, bloated plugins.
