Roof Dead Animal Removal

There’s a powerful, unpleasant odour hanging over my living room and I’m sure it’s coming from something that has died in the roof space of my Jandakot home. I can reach the ceiling through a couple of existing access hatches, so entry points are available, but I haven’t actually seen any rodents or other pests around them.

I need someone with the right safety gear, experience in roof-space work and strong nose for tracking odours to:

• Pinpoint the exact source of the smell inside the roof
• Remove and dispose of the carcass (or other organic cause) in a hygienic manner
• Treat and disinfect the immediate area, then neutralise any lingering odour so the living room is fresh again

Acceptance will be simple: the source is confirmed gone, the roof cavity has been cleaned, and the smell inside the house has disappeared.
