ROC Address Change Filing

I need a professional who can prepare and file the required MCA e-Forms to shift our registered office to another premises within the same city and the same ROC jurisdiction. Only the registered office address has to be updated; all other company particulars remain unchanged. I already have a valid rental/lease agreement with the owner’s consent letter to serve as address proof.

You will draft the board resolution, complete and submit Form INC-22, coordinate any DSC or linked form requirements, and hand back the MCA acknowledgment along with the updated master data showing the new address.
