English-Spanish Website Localization

I’m refreshing my website and need every piece of on-screen text moved from English into Spanish that feels perfectly natural for a Latin-American audience. This goes beyond a straight translation: buttons, error messages, micro-copy—anything a visitor reads—should sound local, friendly, and clear while preserving my original intent.
Here’s what I’ll hand over:
• A spreadsheet with the current English strings (roughly 5,000 words).
• Brief notes on tone, brand voice, and any words that must stay in English for branding reasons.
What I’d like back:
• A completed bilingual spreadsheet with your Spanish versions in the adjacent column.
• Adapted wording where necessary so users anywhere from Mexico to Argentina feel the text was written for them.
• A quick comment thread on any phrases that needed cultural tweaks so I understand the change.
I’m happy to work in Google Sheets, Excel, or a CAT tool if you prefer (Trados, MemoQ, Smartling—your call). Once I review and sign off, the project is done; no need to upload the strings into the site yourself.
Fluency, a keen eye for UX wording, and real-world experience writing for Latin-American markets will be key. If that sounds like you, let’s get started.
