Roblox Account Recovery Help

My Roblox account was taken over less than a week ago and I now have zero access to it. I have already opened a ticket with Roblox support but, so far, haven’t heard back.

What I can supply right away:
• The exact username of the account
• The previous email address that was bound to it
• The IP address that first appeared after the breach

Your role is to guide or execute the recovery so that I regain full control, including password reset, email/2FA re-binding, and the removal of any unauthorized billing links or trade holds. Experience dealing directly with Roblox Trust & Safety or similar game-platform escalations will be a big plus.
