Local Business Representative in Columbia, SC, United States

I am an outsourcing manager, hiring talent for a USA-based publishing company looking for a well-spoken, polished, and reliable Local Business Representative to conduct an in-person client meeting on our behalf in Columbia, SC.

Location & Duration:
- Location: Columbia, SC 29201
- Time Required: 1 or 2 hours for in-person meeting at our client's location in SC.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend a 15-20 minute Zoom briefing call prior to the meeting. We will provide all instructions, talking points, and answer any questions you have.
2. Attend the scheduled in-person meeting at the specified address (which address will be provided with the selected talent) in Columbia, SC.
3. Represent our company professionally as our "Local Account Manager / Client Success Lead".
4. Hand over printed proposal/marketing materials (provided by us to print locally or via email).
5. Deliver a short, warm corporate intro, listen to the client’s key requirements, and take detailed meeting notes.
6. Gracefully wrap up the meeting and assure the client that our execution team will follow up via email with the exact action plan.

Your main objective is to establish local presence, deliver materials, and build trust.

Requirements:
- Based in or near Columbia, SC
- Excellent English communication skills and strong professional etiquette.
- Smart Business Casual / Professional attire (Dress shirt, trousers, blazer).
- Must have a smartphone/tablet to take notes or record audio (if client permits).
- Willingness to sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- We prefer female for this role but male can also apply.
