📌 Key Responsibilities

Monitor transactions and customer activity to identify fraudulent patterns.

Conduct risk assessments on new and existing customer accounts to evaluate potential threats.

Escalate complex cases to senior staff and collaborate with compliance and KYC teams for further investigation.

Assist the customer support department for swift resolution of fraud cases.

Analyze fraud trends and propose strategies to enhance fraud prevention procedures.

Document findings, maintain case records, and prepare reports for management and regulators.

📌 Requirements

Previous experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, AML, or compliance

Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret data and spot anomalies.

Familiarity with fraud detection systems.

Ability to handle multiple investigations simultaneously.

High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
