I run a LiDAR scanning business in South Africa capturing point clouds of existing commercial interiors — restaurants, retail shops, cafés, hotel spaces. I need an experienced Revit modeller for ongoing work converting my point clouds into clean as-built models for delivery to architects and designers.

The spaces: Empty grey/white box commercial interiors prior to fit-out. You are documenting the raw shell exactly as it exists — no furniture, no joinery, no designed elements.

I will supply: Registered point cloud in .rcp or .e57 format, site photos, and a clear brief per project.

What to model:

Wall placement and thicknesses
Door and window openings — position, width, clear height
Ceiling and soffit heights room by room — critical, many spaces have varying heights, bulkheads and beams
Full reflected ceiling plan (RCP)
Structural columns and beams
Floor level changes
Room schedule with areas and ceiling heights

LOD 200: Walls, openings, overall ceiling heights, floor plan. 3–5 day turnaround.
LOD 300: Full drawing set — floor plan, RCP, sections, elevations, room schedule. 5–7 day turnaround.

Deliverables: .rvt file + PDF drawing set + .dwg export.

Typical project size: 100–300m² per project, multiple projects per month.

Looking for a reliable long-term partner, not a once-off. Quality and consistency rewarded with consistent volume.
