Revit Expert for Residential Design Refinement

I’m looking for an experienced Revit residential draftsman/designer to help develop and clean up an existing house model.

I already have the house substantially modeled in Revit LT 2026, including the general floor plans, basement/garage, ADU, elevations, site, and overall design. I am not looking for someone to design the house from scratch. I want help refining my existing design and developing it into a more complete, coordinated model and plan set.

Scope of work includes:

* Clean up and refine my existing Revit LT 2026 model
* Develop and coordinate floor plans
* Refine exterior elevations
* Coordinate walls, floors, stairs, windows, doors, roofs, decks, etc.
* Improve dimensions, annotations, sheets and overall construction-document quality
* Help develop architectural details where needed
* Identify model conflicts or areas that need additional development
* Develop/refine the site topography and grading
* Model proposed grading around the house, driveway, walkout basement/garage and retaining conditions
* Help accurately represent existing vs. proposed grades and their relationship to the building
* Make sure the grading/site model works well for plans, sections and elevations

Important: I am working in Revit LT 2026. The finished model must remain fully usable and editable by me in Revit LT. Please do not use workflows or features that will prevent me from continuing to work on the model myself.

I will provide my existing Revit model, survey/site information, sketches and direction. I expect to remain involved in the design process.

Experience with California residential construction documents, sloped/hillside lots, grading, ADUs and permit plan sets is strongly preferred.

I would like to begin with a small paid milestone to evaluate the quality of the work before proceeding with the entire project.
