Replace Dancer’s Face in Videos

I have between two and five dance clips, each only four to five seconds long, and I’d like the dancer’s face swapped with a specific person’s face. I can supply reference photos of that person, but they aren’t pristine studio shots, so you may need to do a little cleanup or up-res work before compositing.

The goal is a seamless, realistic swap—skin tones matched, lighting consistent, no visible artifacts—so the finished videos still look natural . Whether you prefer After Effects with Mocha tracking, deep-learning tools such as DeepFaceLab or FaceFusion, or your own tried-and-true workflow is up to you, as long as the final renders are good.

When we wrap up, I’ll need:
• The face-replaced clips exported in the same format as the originals
• A quick preview version so I can sign off before final render
• All project files or a reproducible setup, should I want tweaks later
