I have a complete 2-D floor plan layout for a new casual-dining restaurant and now need it translated into a coordinated Revit model—while still keeping the DWG files up-to-date in AutoCAD. The scope covers the entire space: dining floor, bar, kitchen line, storage, and restrooms.

For some restaurants I need help developing the design as the sketches with the client progresses.

Here is what I need from you:
• Build a clean Revit model from my supplied CAD plan, using proper levels, views, and families.
• Develop the architectural set: plans, reflected ceiling, elevations, and a few key sections suitable for permit and contractor pricing.
• Shape the interior design layer—finishes, lighting concepts, basic furniture blocks—so I can generate realistic visuals for stakeholders.
• Maintain drawing coordination: if the model changes, export fresh DWGs so the consultant team stays aligned.

I’ll provide: the existing layout in PDF sketch, my brand guidelines, and seating counts. You bring solid Revit and AutoCAD skills plus restaurant experience so circulation, BOH requirements, and code clearances are second nature.

Send a brief note describing similar casual-dining or hospitality projects you’ve modeled, along with sample sheets or renders. Once we confirm compatibility, I’ll share the files and we can agree on milestones for model draft, interior pass, and final documentation.

Located in South Florida a plus but not a must as the work can be done remotely.
