Reviewer for AI-Generated NSFW Images

I am looking for a reliable assistant to review batches of AI-generated images one by one.
The task is simple: keep good images and reject bad ones, including images with anatomical errors, malformed hands/limbs, AI artifacts, incorrect character features, or other obvious generation issues.
Quality is very important. The time allowance is intentionally generous because I expect careful and consistent work, not rushed reviewing.
The expected future workload may reach around 3,000 images/day, with approximately 4 hours allowed per batch, including downloading, extracting, reviewing, compressing and returning the files.
As a general guideline, I estimate around 1 hour of review time per 1,000 images. I also allow an additional hour per batch for downloading, extracting, compressing, uploading, and simply to provide a comfortable margin. I prefer giving you enough time to work carefully rather than rushing the review.
A full batch is approximately 600 MB, transferred through WeTransfer, so a stable internet connection is required.
Preferred rate: $2 USD/hour.
All images contain adult/NSFW content, including futanari, so you must be comfortable reviewing this type of material.
The initial workload will be smaller while I set everything up. I will provide clear instructions and examples at the beginning. If everything goes well, the workload will progressively increase into regular long-term work.
Workflow: download → extract → review (keep/reject) → ZIP → send back.
Until everything is fully set up, the workload may vary from day to day, and some days there may be little or no work available. No minimum number of hours is guaranteed.
