I’m getting ready to unveil a new real-estate project in the United States and I want the local conversation around it to be genuinely positive from day one. To make that happen I need an AI-native public-relations partner who can use generative tools and real-time sentiment analysis to improve public perception among the local community and government stakeholders.
Here is what I have in mind. You will design and run an always-on social media programme—organic, paid when necessary, and fully data-informed. Using the AI stack you’re most comfortable with (ChatGPT, Jasper, Brandwatch, Sprout, Meltwater, Claude, Midjourney—your call) you’ll:
• Map the online landscape: identify neighbourhood Facebook groups, local Reddit threads, civic Twitter/X accounts and any niche platforms where city-council members, planning committees or homeowner associations congregate.
• Generate platform-specific posts, visuals, and short-form video scripts that highlight community benefits—jobs, green space, tax revenue, improved infrastructure—while pre-emptively addressing typical NIMBY concerns.
• Continuously monitor sentiment, flag risk phrases, and pivot messaging before negative narratives gain traction.
• Engage authentically with comments, schedule Q&A sessions with project leaders, and pull compelling user-generated content into the feed to build grassroots credibility.
• Produce a concise weekly report showing reach, engagement, top sentiment drivers, and next-week actions.
Acceptance criteria
1. A 30-day content calendar delivered upfront, including proposed hooks and calls-to-action aligned with local events and council meetings.
2. Minimum 20 original social posts per month across the agreed platforms, all pre-approved via shared workspace (Notion, Asana, or Trello).
3. Weekly dashboard demonstrating net-positive sentiment gain of at least 10 % over baseline by the end of week four.
4. A final wrap-up deck summarising key wins, remaining perception risks, and recommended next steps.
I’m open to expanding into press releases or community-focused blog articles later, but social traction is the immediate priority. If you live and breathe AI-powered PR and know how to win hearts and minds at the municipal level, let’s start the conversation.
