I have a batch of fitness articles published under the “Zoey” banner that now need a fresh, critical eye. Your task is to read each piece, point out any factual errors, outdated research, or unclear explanations, and then recommend concise edits that improve flow and reader engagement. You will deliver:

• Readability scores sit at or above 60 on the Flesch scale
• No punctuation, grammar, or spelling errors remain
