I have already completed FiLLiP for a two-partner LLP to be registered in Bangalore and gathered every supporting document. All I need now is a currently practising Advocate, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant or any other professional recognised by the MCA to give the form a final professional touch.
You will:
• Examine the filled-in FiLLiP and attached documents, spot any technical or clerical errors, and advise corrections.
• Provide the statutory professional certification and affix your valid Class-III DSC in the appropriate section.
• Join me in a short virtual meeting (Teams/Zoom/Google Meet—your choice) to submit the application on the MCA portal and ensure successful upload.
