Retype Documents Accurately

I have a collection of pages that exist only as scanned documents, and I need them re-typed into an editable, error-free file. Every word must match the source exactly—spelling, punctuation, line breaks—while keeping the layout clean and consistent.

Please use your preferred word-processing software (Microsoft Word or Google Docs are both fine) and proofread as you go so I receive copy that is ready to use without another review cycle.

Deliverable: one fully formatted, searchable document containing all pages from the scans, delivered in both its native format and PDF.

If you have experience with high-volume copy typing or data entry from scans, that will help us move quickly. Let me know your turnaround time per page and any accuracy tools you rely on (e.g., spell-check, OCR for reference, etc.). I’m aiming for fast delivery but will always prioritise 100 % accuracy.
