Retrieve Medical Certificate Bangkok

I received care at Bangkok Hospital Medical Center between 2024-2026 and now live outside Thailand. The hospital will only release my medical certificate—on its official letterhead—when someone appears in person with my written authorization.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Visit Bangkok Hospital Medical Center in Bangkok.
• Present my signed authorization, passport copy, and the doctor’s name and text for the letter I will supply once we agree.
• Collect the original, stamped medical certificate.
• Scan or photograph it clearly the same day and send it to me by email. I do not need a mailed copy.

Fluent Thai is essential for liaising with medical records staff; English good enough to keep me updated will be fine. If you already live in Bangkok or nearby, this should be a straightforward errand.
