Retool Loan Dashboard with Integrations

I have a universal loan ledger living in Google Sheets and I’m ready to turn it into a live, interactive Retool dashboard that sits on my desktop and syncs seamlessly to my phone. The goal is simple: at any moment I want to see every active loan, the repayment history, current amortization status, and the latest ACH movements—plus pull executed agreements straight from Dropbox Sign—all updating in near-real time.

Data & integrations
• Primary data hub: the existing Google Sheets ledger (stored in Google Drive).
• Signature flow: Dropbox Sign—completed files should appear alongside each loan record.
• Cash flow: ACH data via my banking connection (open to your suggested API or Plaid-style connector).
Everything needs to stay in sync so I never have to copy-paste or refresh manually.

Key functions I need inside Retool
• Dynamic table of active loans with filters, search, and drill-downs.
• Automated amortization and repayment schedule visuals that recalc when new payments hit.
• Real-time balance updates the moment an ACH settles.
• One-click access to each borrower’s signed agreement stored in Dropbox Sign.
• Responsive layout so the same build works smoothly on desktop and mobile.

Deliverables
1. Retool app (JSON export) fully connected to the above data sources.
2. Documentation of every query, webhook, and API key location so I can maintain it.
3. A short Loom or live walk-through showing the workflow end-to-end.
4. Optional but welcome: suggestions for bank/ACH API selection if you have a preferred solution.

Acceptance criteria
– Data reflected in Retool matches Google Sheets within 60 seconds of a change.
– ACH transactions auto-assign to the correct loan and update balances without manual input.
– Dropbox Sign files display or download directly from the loan record.
– App loads in under three seconds on a recent phone.
