Retell AI Voice Automation Engineer

I need a hands-on engineer who already knows Retell AI inside out and can turn that knowledge into production-ready voice agents for my HVAC, electrical, roofing, trades, and medical-spa clients. You will own the entire cycle: architecture, build, testing, troubleshooting, and live deployment. Most projects require tight API and webhook work, plus CRM and calendar sync—often through n8n or Make.com—and many clients run on GoHighLevel or Vapi, so practical experience there is a strong plus.

Because this is a client-facing role, you’ll join discovery and demo calls to answer technical questions, judge feasibility on the spot, and translate loose requests into concrete, maintainable solutions. Reliability under time pressure and clear communication are essential.

Core deliverables typically include:
• A Retell AI voice agent configured, trained, and deployed to production
• Workflow automations wired through n8n or Make.com, fully tested end-to-end
• Integrations with the client’s CRM, calendars, and any third-party tools called for
• Concise documentation and a short hand-over walkthrough
