Resume Keyword & Skill Extractor

I need a lightweight, accurate script that takes a batch of resumes (PDF and DOCX) and does two things for me at once:
1) pull out the full Work Experience section verbatim, and
2) scan the entire document to flag every relevant technical skill it finds.

The focus is firmly on identifying keywords and skills, not formatting checks or broad data harvesting. I will supply a starter list of core technical terms; the code should match them case-insensitively and be easy for me to expand later. A JSON or CSV output that pairs each candidate’s name with their extracted work experience plus the list of matched skills will do the job nicely.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but the solution must handle dozens of files in one run without manual intervention. If you prefer Python with spaCy or any other modern NLP toolkit, that works for me as long as setup remains straightforward on a standard Windows or Linux box.

Once complete, send over the runnable code, a short “how-to” readme, and sample output generated from three test resumes so I can verify the matches.
