Resume Formatting Specialist Needed

I have an existing résumé that needs a complete formatting overhaul in Word. Content is final, but the document lacks the polished, ATS-friendly layout I’m after. Your focus will be on creating a clean, professional structure: consistent heading hierarchy, balanced margins, modern fonts, even spacing, and bullet alignment throughout.

I prefer you work directly in Microsoft Word so the file remains fully editable on my end. Once finished, I’d like both the native .docx and a matching PDF. If you have tricks for style sets or reusable templates that let me update sections quickly in the future, that’s a bonus I’ll gladly welcome.
