Graphic Designer Needed for Logo Refinement & Creative Design Work

I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer to refine an existing logo and develop an alternative concept for a community-focused organisation.

The current logo is already developed, so this is not a complete rebrand. I need someone who can work with an existing visual identity while bringing fresh creative ideas and strong design judgement.

Project Scope:
- Refine an existing logo, incorporating subtle new design elements.
- Develop a second variation with a more minimalist, creative direction.
- Improve typography, spacing, proportions and overall visual balance.
- Maintain consistency with the existing brand identity.
- Supply final editable vector files (AI/SVG) and transparent PNGs.

What I'm Looking For:
- Strong logo design and brand identity experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- A creative eye for typography, composition and symbolism.
- Ability to take a brief and contribute thoughtful design ideas, rather than simply following instructions.
- Experience creating clean, modern and versatile logos.
- Good communication and reliable turnaround times.
