Restore WhatsApp API Connection Remotely

I’m stuck with an official WhatsApp Business API setup that runs through the BSP botbiz.io. The entire channel was deleted and now Meta refuses to let me reconnect, so the service is completely down—I can’t establish a connection at all.

You’ll get screenshots of every error I’m seeing and full AnyDesk access to the machine where the installation and Facebook Business settings are managed. Nothing in the API settings or the account was altered before the outage, so the fault appears to be on the BSP / Meta side or in the way the instance now handshakes.

Your task is to diagnose the connection failure, re-provision or recover the number in Business Manager, and restore a working WhatsApp API endpoint that can once again send and receive messages through botbiz.io. You may need to work inside Facebook Business Manager, WhatsApp Business Manager, the botbiz.io dashboard, and any supporting scripts or certificates.

Acceptance will be a live test message proving the restored link as we watch over AnyDesk, plus a short note of what you fixed so I can avoid the issue in future.
