Restore Disabled WhatsApp API Account

My WhatsApp Business API integration for quickfix.ltd has suddenly been blocked. The dashboard now shows “Account status: Disabled – This account doesn’t meet our policy guidelines.”

Just before the lock-out I changed a few items: I updated our API key and adjusted some policy settings, so the problem is almost certainly tied to those edits. No other settings, webhooks, or rate-limit parameters were touched.

I need someone who knows the Meta / Facebook Business Manager flow inside out to:
• Pinpoint exactly which new policy or key change violated the guidelines
• Guide me through (or handle) the appeal / re-verification steps
• Re-establish full messaging functionality on the site with zero data loss
• Test and confirm that webhooks, templates and number quality score all return to normal
