I need a modern, mobile-first website that positions my clinic as the go-to destination for plastic surgery, especially for international patients who research and book procedures online. The site has to present every body-focused service we offer in a clean, well-structured catalogue, then guide visitors seamlessly toward an online appointment form or a direct messaging option (click-to-call, WhatsApp, and email).
Content and structure
• Multilingual: full English and Spanish interfaces, with an easy switcher so users always land on the right language version.
• Procedure pages: individual sections for each surgery, including SEO-friendly text, key benefits, and before-and-after image galleries.
• Gallery hub: filterable by body area, fast-loading, and watermark-ready.
• Booking flow: patients choose a procedure, pick an available slot, and receive an automated confirmation. I’m open to Calendly, Amelia, or a custom plugin as long as it integrates with Google Calendar and email notifications.
Technical expectations
• Fully responsive on all devices, passing Google Lighthouse benchmarks for performance and accessibility.
• On-page SEO set up from day one: keyword-optimised headings, meta tags, schema for medical procedures, and an XML sitemap.
• Built on WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS that lets my team update text, photos, and dates without touching code.
• HIPAA-conscious contact and enquiry forms (SSL, reCAPTCHA, encrypted mail).
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Live website on my domain with all pages, languages, and the booking system functioning end-to-end.
2. Administrative guide (PDF or short Loom video) showing how to add a new procedure, upload images, and translate content.
3. SEO starter pack: keyword list, baseline Google Search Console setup, and initial analytics tracking.
