I am mapping out a mobile application that lets real-estate brokers collaborate and close deals with one another, and I need a clear, actionable blueprint before development begins. Your task is to prepare two concrete deliverables: 1) a complete, screen-by-screen wireframe and 2) a concise scope-of-work document that any development team can follow.
Platform coverage
The product will launch on both iOS and Android, so the wireframes must reflect native patterns and navigation for each platform while sharing a unified user experience.
Core flows to visualise
• Broker profiles – onboarding, editable profiles, searchable directory
• In-app messaging – one-to-one and group threads with read status indicators
• Deal tracking – create, update and close deal cards with milestones and notifications
Look & feel
I favour a clean, minimalist style: generous white space, restrained colour palette and clear hierarchy that keeps the focus on data and actions.
Scope document expectations
Describe every feature, data entity and dependency in plain language, outline any third-party services you recommend, and break the build into logical milestones. I’ll rely on this document to brief developers and estimate timelines, so clarity and completeness matter more than length.
you can work in Figma, Sketch or another industry-standard tool as long as the output is shareable and allows commenting.
When you reply, please confirm your preferred tool, share one relevant portfolio example, and outline how many iterative cycles you include so we hit an approved prototype efficiently.
