Resolve WP Real Estate Plugin Conflict

My WordPress real-estate site is acting up after the last update to the page-builder plugin, and I need an experienced hand to track down and clear the conflict so everything runs smoothly again.
Here’s what I know so far: the front-end property pages sometimes fail to load, widget areas vanish in the editor, and a few shortcodes no longer render. Disabling the page-builder restores basic functionality, so the clash is clearly between that plugin and either the active real-estate tools or my custom theme tweaks. I’m not after a temporary band-aid—I want the underlying compatibility issue identified, fixed, and future-proofed.
What I’d like from you:
• Clone the site to a staging environment, reproduce the problem, then isolate the conflicting files, hooks, or scripts.
• Fix the product detail page information just like realtor.com by aligning and adjusting width. Need to make the site responsive
• Add translation english/thai/japan/middle east/ Russian- wpml
• Fix signup/login to be used on mobile
• Update all plugins, page builders, PHP, WP, etc.
• Make sure that admin can upload product and search is linked
• Patch or refactor as needed (child theme edits, plugin settings, or custom code overrides) without disrupting existing listings, search filters, or lead-capture forms.
• Optimise and retest page speed once the conflict is resolved so the fix doesn’t introduce new performance hits.
• Hand back a concise change log and any recommendations for version-locking or safe update workflows.
Please reply with a brief rundown of similar WordPress troubleshooting you’ve done—especially if you’ve wrangled page-builder conflicts in a real-estate context. I’m ready to give immediate access to the server and expect quick turnaround, so let me know your earliest availability.
