Resolve WaSphere Webhook Issue on Server

I am using WaSphere on an online server with the webhook already configured. However, I am facing a specific issue: when I send a message via the mobile app or WhatsApp Web, the "messages" table in the database is not updated—meaning I cannot capture the message. The event used for this capture is `message.received`, as specified in the official documentation.
I have reviewed and adjusted the `webhook.php` file several times, but without success. Initially, message capture via this event was working correctly, but it stopped functioning yesterday.
I have also searched online for reports regarding WaSphere integration issues, code errors, protocol-related questions, or instabilities in the server-hosted application, but I haven't found any relevant information.
It is urgent to identify the cause of this problem in the message flow. The ultimate goal is to ensure a stable flow so that the AI (via OpenRouter) has access to the full conversation history and can provide the best possible service, guiding the customer through to the final purchase.
