Resolve Apple App Store Warning

I have this warning, on my Apple App Store, that prevent me from publicing new version. I have used a lot of time trying to figur out what the yellow warning means. Tried to contact Apple Developer support multiple times, without luck .... I need a person, who can help me resolved this, or help me figur out what i need to update to resolve this.
