Software Developer Needed: MikroTik Hotspot and Voucher Management Application

We are seeking an experienced software developer with strong expertise in network management and MikroTik router integration to design and build a secure, user-friendly application for managing hotspot access and subscription vouchers.

The application should connect seamlessly with one or more MikroTik routers and provide the following capabilities:

- Dashboard: Show active users, connected devices and IP addresses, revenue by voucher usage, system and hotspot logs, router resource usage, and per-user traffic consumption.
- Settings: Manage application accounts and access, printer configuration, voucher design and content, and Wi-Fi hotspot details.
- Secure router connection: Communicate securely with MikroTik routers using appropriate APIs or protocols.
- Hotspot profile management: Create and configure profiles with defined access rules and subscription durations.
- Voucher generation and management: Generate vouchers with usernames, passwords, subscription durations, and linked hotspot profiles. Vouchers should be assignable to users and manageable from an administrative interface.
- Activation controls: Choose whether vouchers activate immediately upon creation or remain inactive until needed. Administrators should also be able to activate or deactivate vouchers at any time.
- Subscription timing and expiry: Allow subscriptions to begin on first login or be activated immediately. Track durations in hours, days, weeks, or months, and enforce expiry at the end of the selected period, regardless of whether the user is connected.
- Access control: Apply each voucher’s profile and subscription status to the user’s network access, including enforcing activation and expiry rules.
- Online payments: Integrate payment gateways suitable for Nigerian banks and the local market, allowing users to connect and subscribe with minimal manual intervention.

The solution should be robust, secure, and easy to use, with reliable voucher lifecycle management and precise subscription enforcement. It should support both hosted deployment and local installation, so it can operate in an online environment or on a localhost network.
