I need my current residential electrical layout redrawn as a clean, up-to-date single line diagram. The goal is to document an upgrade, not a brand-new installation, so you will be working from existing information and bringing it in line with the changes we are making.
Key change: we are converting to a multi-meter setup and adding two additional meters. That means the diagram must clearly show the service entrance, meter bank, main disconnect, updated breaker panel and any feeder or branch circuits that are affected. Accuracy is important because the utility company will review the drawing before approving the work.
Please deliver a professional, code-compliant single line diagram in PDF and the original editable file (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD/ECAD software—whichever you normally use). I will supply photos of the existing panel, the most recent as-built wiring schedule and any municipal standards once we start.
Acceptance will be based on:
• All meters, breakers and feeders correctly represented and labeled
• Conductor sizes and protective device ratings noted where required
• File scales correctly and prints clearly on 11×17
• No unexplained symbols or missing legends
If you have questions about local code references or utility requirements, let me know and I’ll forward the specific guidelines.
