I will supply complete CAD drawings and need them converted into coordinated Revit models for three disciplines—Structure, Mechanical, and Architectural—at detailed-design level. The task covers every element required to bring the project to LOD 300-350: grids, levels, families, parametric components, schedules, and ready-to-print sheets.

Your work should follow the CAD files precisely while applying Revit best-practice workflows for clean element naming, correct category use, and clash-free coordination between the three models.

Deliverables
• One native Revit file per discipline, fully linked and aligned
• All custom families used, neatly organised in an external library
• Revit views and sheets set up for plans, sections, elevations, and key details
• Exported IFC or NWC files for quick clash checking (optional but welcome)

Acceptance criteria
• Every CAD element represented accurately in 3D with correct materials and sizes
• No unresolved interferences between Structure, Mechanical, and Architectural elements when checked with Revit’s Interference tool
• Schedules auto-populate without manual overrides
• File opens with no missing links, warnings kept to a minimum

If you are comfortable working from CAD under a detailed-design mandate and can share recent Revit samples that prove it, I’m ready to begin as soon as we agree on milestones and timeframe.
