I’m embarking on two parallel projects—a full refresh of my private residence and the complete fit-out of a new retail store—and I’m looking for an interior designer who can carry both briefs from concept through documentation.

Here’s what I need you to handle: thoughtful space planning that respects flow and proportion, informed choices on materials, finishes and furnishings, and the technical back-end that brings it all together: 2D layouts, detailed joinery drawings, and a clear documentation set ready for contractors. Your plans should cover furniture placement, lighting intent and circulation routes so every square metre works hard while looking beautiful.

For the retail store in particular, I want an engaging customer journey—zones that invite browsing yet move people naturally toward point-of-sale—and durable finishes that stand up to daily traffic. At home, comfort comes first, but I still expect a cohesive design language between rooms. I’m open on aesthetic direction; what matters is that each space feels purposeful and polished.

Deliverables
• Initial concept boards and colour/material palettes
• Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans in CAD or Revit
• Furniture, fixture and equipment schedule with sourcing notes
• Detailed elevations/sections for joinery and feature elements
• Final specification booklet and annotated drawings ready for tender

I use typical industry software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe CC). If you draft in these or compatible tools, we’ll have a smooth hand-off.

Please share a concise portfolio highlighting both residential and retail work, along with a brief on how you’d tackle the dual-project timeline. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner, and I’ll be available for quick feedback all along the way.
