I’m in the middle of planning a complete remodel of my home and need convincing, photorealistic visuals before I lock in the final concepts. The property is residential and the focus starts with the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms, but ultimately I want to see how the entire interior and exterior read together.
The look I’m after is transitional—think a cozy mountain-house shell infused with a slightly moody, contemporary edge. I’ll share floor plans, inspiration photos, and a list of finishes and fixtures I’m considering. Your job is to translate those references into detailed 3D models and high-resolution renderings that let me compare options quickly. I’d like the ability to swap materials, lighting schemes, colours, and key furniture pieces during the review rounds so I can settle on a cohesive palette.
Suggested tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, or Lumion are all fine by me as long as the final images look lifelike and allow close-up scrutiny of textures.
Deliverables
• Base 3D model of the full house (interior & exterior) in a shareable file format
• Iterative draft renders for each space (living room, kitchen, bathrooms) plus overall façade views
• Final, print-ready stills (4K or higher) showing approved concepts from multiple angles
• Source files with organised layers/materials for future tweaks
Acceptance criteria
• Lighting and material accuracy align with the mood boards provided
• All specified fixtures, finishes, and furnishings represented to scale
• Two revision rounds per space included
• Final files delivered in agreed formats and resolutions
If you’re comfortable navigating transitional design and can turn around clear, atmospheric visuals on a reliable schedule, I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss next steps.
