Instant Marktplaats Car Alerts

I need a small, reliable scraper that scans Marktplaats every minute, captures any newly-posted car ads, and drops a concise alert straight into my Telegram group chat. Each alert has to include the make, model, year, mileage, MOT status (APK), asking price if it is displayed, plus the direct ad link.

The script has to:
• Check Marktplaats at 60-second intervals without triggering blocks or captchas.
• Avoid duplicate notifications by tracking already-seen listings.
• Format the Telegram message cleanly so the key specs are readable at a glance.
• Run unattended on a low-cost VPS (Ubuntu) where I’ll set up the scheduler.
Also ignore professional ads, so just ads by private individuals.

Code in Python with requests / BeautifulSoup or a comparable stack is ideal, but I’m open to whatever you are most experienced with as long as it is easy for me to maintain.
