Residential Floor Plan with Sections

I need a clear, ready set of drawings for a modern residential project. From the hand-sketches I will supply, please draft one complete floor plan and three building sections in AutoCAD.

The finished files must show accurate wall thicknesses, door and window sizes, furniture or fixtures that appear in my sketch, room names, section markers, and fully dimensioned annotations. Use clean architectural lineweights so the drawings read professionally when plotted.

Please place everything on a tidy drawing layout that could be printed or exported to PDF for presentation. The DWG (and a matching PDF) will be the final deliverables.
