Residential 2D to Detailed 3D

I have a full set of architectural 2-D plans for a residential project and now need a single, clean 3-D DWG that captures both the exterior envelope and the complete interior layout. Your task is to translate the drawings exactly as shown, preserving dimensions and levels so the file is ready for further coordination and visualisation.

You will receive the existing floor plans, elevations and sections in DWG/PDF. From these you will build:

• Exterior massing with accurate walls, roofs, openings, balconies and key façade features.
• Interior spaces including partitions, stairs, doors, windows and floor slabs so every room reads clearly in section and perspective.

The finished model must open natively in AutoCAD (DWG), use logical layers and origins, and remain light enough for smooth orbiting on an average workstation.

Before we start, I’ll share a short checklist of naming conventions and reference heights; feel free to suggest improvements if you see clashes. Regular screenshots during the build will help me approve geometry early and avoid re-work.
