Residential Elevation & Interior Plan

I’m preparing a residential project and need a clear, build-ready package that my architect can take straight into working drawings. The brief splits into two parts:

1. Exterior elevation
I want a traditional look, but refined rather than ornate. The key feature is a balcony that runs the full width of the façade, so the elevation must show how the railing, posts and roofline integrate cleanly with the rest of the structure. I’ll rely on you for proportion studies, material suggestions and two or three rendered views that communicate the concept at a glance.

2. Interior layout & design plan
Alongside the façade, I need a floor-by-floor space plan that aligns with the balcony placement, includes furniture zoning and identifies wall, ceiling and lighting treatments. This does not have to be full décor drawings—just a well-annotated plan set that lets the architect understand circulation, room sizes and key finishes.

Deliverables (PDF + DWG or SketchUp files):
• Scaled exterior elevation with front, side and sectional call-outs
• 2–3 color renders of the façade
• Dimensioned interior plans with notes on materials and lighting
• One revision round after initial review
