The focus is construction rather than design theory: I already have architectural drawings, but I need a structural specialist who can translate them into a reinforced-concrete system that will reliably ride out moderate-to-strong seismic events.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Detailed structural calculations (ETABS or SAP2000 preferred) that verify the reinforcement layout, column and beam sizing, and overall drift limits for a seismic zone 4 setting.
• Shop-ready drawings and schedules in AutoCAD or Revit, showing rebar placement, lap splice lengths, shear-wall details, and ductile joint configurations.
• A concise construction methodology document that outlines step-by-step sequencing, quality-control checkpoints, and material testing requirements, ready for my site team to follow.
• On-call support during the first two pours to clarify any field questions and confirm compliance with the approved details.

Reinforced concrete is the core solution I want to implement, yet I’m open to discussing complementary measures—if you think base isolators or shock dampers can be integrated cost-effectively, let’s talk about optional add-ons.

Completion is defined as the moment the local building authority signs off on the structural portion of the permit set using your documents. Provide files in both editable (DWG, RVT, native analysis model) and PDF formats.
